  David Mattingly, THE ANARCH LORDS (preliminary) - This art is reported to be a preliminary piece for an alternate version of what ended up being on the cover of this book, which tells of the John Grimes adventure as he executes his one, and only, assignment as Planetary Governor.  A more subdued penciled expression of this composition did appear as the frontis of the book by A. Bertram Chandler.

  Al Williamson, VANGUARD ILLUSTRATED 3 (VANGUARD ILLUSTRATED # 3) - Apparently this was commissioned cover art with no need to associate with one of the collected stories within.  Years later, it was re-used to act as the cover of Gold & Silver: Overstreet's Comic Book Quarterly - a short-lived publication with material geared towards "The Advanced Comic Book Collector".

  Al Williamson, FLASH GORDON THE MOVIE - This appears to be associated with the comic adaptation of this filmscript Bruce Jones & Al Williamson executed for Western Publishing (it's known to have at least been the endpapers for the hardback release).

  Al Williamson, THE ART OF AL WILLIAMSON - This was the wraparound cover of the first book dedicated to his career and art.
